Polish/Russian/Ukrainian roots, lived and worked in France and Channel Islands. Speak fluent Russian and rusty French. Cook Mediterranean style.
45 yrs of experience, from navy ships to vegan catering in the US. Everything else in between. Can follow the menu, can improvise and invent. Trained by my grandmother initially, then catering college, navy for 8 yrs, my own little business then showing off my skills and talents to the world for 45 years now and loving it!
