Almost 10 years of experience in high end restaurants and hotels, started my career at wild honey for 2 years it’s a Michelin restaurant located at the Sofitel st James in London.
Grow up making bbqs, filleting fish and cooking with the family at home in Brazil so I always loved to be around food and go cook for my family and friends and that’s how I like to treat my guests, cooking with the heart and open to change anything to satisfy my guests.
