I'm based in Bristol, and have access to a sous-vide, meat grinder. sausage-stuffer, full knife set, etc.

My influences are Marco Pierre White, Gordan Ramsay, Heston, Tom Kerridge, Mark Hix, Angela Hartnett, Marcus Waering et al.

I can cook French, Italian, Modern British, Spanish, and many others. I am profficient in butchery too.

Also, I can cook an amazing creme brulee when needed!
