I am a fully train chef from college having experience in a 4 stares double rosette college restaurant, I used to work in catering but have a passion for the culinary arts. I’m always looking for new methods and ideas to put into my dishes, along to incorporate into my menu designs. If you have any enquiries please feel free to message me.
