With 40 years in both managerial and chef positions I now have the time and passion to give to private cooking and am comfortable teaching and advising clients whilst cooking for them.

I have always cooked to a two rosette standard and forever creating new and modern dishes as well as the old classics.

I have a wide knowledge working in France and Bermuda in my early days progressing to executive chef of five star country house hotels.

Chef Paul was an excellent, well prepared chef. He was easy to communicate with during the planning process. Chef Paul was very understanding and empathetic towards my grandsons food allergies. Chef Paul created a memorable evening dinner for our joint 70th birthday celebrations. Our guests are still dreaming of the lemon posset dessert . Pauline Smith March 2024 .

Paul and Sarah were fabulous, above and beyond what we expected. Kitchen left cleaner than when they arrived! Would definitely recommend and will use again.

My wife and I hired Chef Paul to cook a special meal for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. As we are based in the US and my parents live in the UK, I thought it was going to be challenging to communicate with Paul to organise the event, but Paul made the whole experience effortless. From the feedback I received from my parents, it sounded like they had a wonderful time and Paul produced some delicious dishes and was very professional. Thanks Paul.

Paul unhesitatingly stepped in to cook our 60th wedding anniversary meal for the family at short notice when our chef went down with Covid. My bespoke menu cooked to perfection was beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The kitchen was left spotlessly clean. I would certainly engage his services in the future and highly recommend him to others.
