Ryan is a private chef with a passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. With a diverse range of experience and a strong passion for cooking, Ryan combines seasonal, modern British fusion flavors to create unique and delicious dishes. Having cooked on Superyachts for the incredibly rich and sometimes famous, Ryan knows how to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

Ryan's culinary journey includes running the Michelin bib-gourmand restaurant 'The Jolly Cricketers,' as well as opening his own 2 AA rosette-winning restaurant on a Dutch Barge in London called Barge East in Hackney Wick. On top of the aforementioned 7 years working on board Superyachts all over the world. Additionally, he has had the privilege of working along side 1 Michelin star Chris Harrod and being a stagiere under 2-star Michelin chef Michael Wignall, further refining his skills and techniques.

What sets Ryan apart is his dedication to his craft and his love for cooking. His favorite dish to prepare is beef tartare, which showcases his attention to detail and ability to balance flavors. Whether it's a special event, intimate gathering, or a dinner party, Ryan's expertise and passion for food will ensure a memorable dining experience for his clients.
