Passionate chef with a background in fine dine and heartfelt food, the experience and story to tell through food are what makes it memorable.
Professional chef with 17 years experience from heartfelt classic British food to French fine dine and all in-between.
I have a passion for oriental flavours and flare personally and like to capture exciting bold flavours in every dish from classic British and Spanish boldness, all the way through to technical Japanese style.
I've worked across the world from Tenerife, Thailand, Spain and United Kingdom.
Have worked as a head chef through most of my career other than doing private catering jobs either at house parties for buffets up to planning weddings to the highest tier.
I opened my own restaurant last year and am currently looking for a bigger location to really captivate what I can produce.
I enjoy molecular cooking of Heston and love having my own twist on simple pieces that brings the full flavors out in all components.
