My name is Warren Binding, I am a private chef from the South West of the UK covering the M5 corridor and the coasts of Devon, Dorset and further afield.

Our base is at the heart of the Southwest in North Petherton. We deliver our services around the Devon and Dorset coasts, along the M5 corridor to Bath and beyond. We try to keep our commute to 90 minutes or 90 miles. We extend this to what is required

21 years of experience goes into designing our menus and delivering our 5 star service. British classics, traditional dishes with a twist, Persian and Italian influences or a completely bespoke seasonal offering for your event. Our sample menus can be tweaked and elevated to showcase for you and your guests. We use our trusted local suppliers, working directly with them to bring your menu to the table

For all our events, we accompany our service with our private chef, Warren, along with a member of our professional team. They can deliver a service that is always professional and personal, but as interactive or discreet as you would like. We can serve incognito to your event and we also welcome you to have a chat with us as we prepare your event in the kitchen.

Our catering is about suiting the needs of our diverse kinds of guests, which we tailor to the needs fitting with the event. We can be as interactive as you'd wish whilst being professional too.

Outside of the kitchen, I am a person who enjoys getting outside. My other half and I like adventures of our own, often booking a flight for each month of the year to experience new places and of course, different foods.

Persian / Mediterranean foods are my most popular selected menus, Colours, aromas, freshness, flavours and something a touch different. But I do love the changing of the seasons in British food. Be it a Venison and dark chocolate croquette, wild mushroom arancini, cottage pie or well crafted dessert. I enjoy food as much as I enjoy serving it
