My name is Warren Binding, I am a private chef situated in the South West of the UK.

After 20 years in the industry, I have turned my career to the private dining industry. Offering bespoke services for special occasions. In the first 3 months, I have 30+ 5 star reviews from clients who have had varying levels of catering. Fine dining, themed dinners, birthdays, anniversaries or simply because they want the experience of being catered for. Each event different then the next.

Food is so centric to occasions, we tailor our day on when we choose to have a meal.

My style of service is all about getting people to the table to enjoy the experience. I bring a calm and comforting energy in the kitchen when providing a service as I feel like a guest in your home, someone who has the privilege of sharing my passion for food with the people at the table. The service can be as formal or informal as you desire, the food will be enough to leave you wanting 1 more bite, but not so much that you are overwhelmed. I do not own a pair of tweezers and you will never leave hungry. The intention, to leave a memorable impression on your event.

Outside of the kitchen, I am a person who enjoys getting outside. I run a team at my local golf club, have a passion for just being out the house and enjoy taking our dog Mac on different adventures. My other half and I like adventures of our own, often booking a flight for each month of the year to experience new places and of course, different foods.

Persian / Mediterranean foods are my most popular selected menus, Colours, aromas, freshness, flavours and something a touch different. But I do love the changing of the seasons in British food. Be it a Venison and dark chocolate croquette, wild mushroom arancini, cottage pie or well crafted dessert. I enjoy food as much as I enjoy serving it

Should you decide to book my service, you have the option of having the table looked after by one of my amazing team members. They will take care of you on the evening, assist me with any plating and ensure that we both clear down efficiently, professionally and discreetly. We enjoy every event and love to be a part of special occasions

My go to comfort meal, is a cottage pie on a rainy day. It's the first meal I learned to cook and did it every Thursday for my gran as a teenager
