Fourth Generation chef & owner of Alexis Tavern in Rhodes, Greece. With 20 years of experience in professional kitchens. I have lead international kitchens abroad and cooked for discerning guests and public figures. My cuisine blends Greek Mediterranean flavours, premium ingredients and warm hospitality to create memorable private experiences.
