I am a professional chef with 7 years of experience. I graduated from a Greek culinary school and manage to follow a variety of seminars including sustainability, zero waste etc. The past 17 years i was leaving and working in Moscow. In 2017 I launched my own food project in Moscow based on the popular Greek street food "souvlaki". The variety of dishes include traditional flavours as well as some elevated flavours based on my perception of how the modern Greek cuisine can evolve and be best presented. The past 2,5 years i moved to Greece, my native country, and i am working as a chef de partie in one of the most iconic restaurants in Athens. I speak fluently Greek, English and Russian.
