Passionate about fresh igredients, healthy and tasty food. I am always attract to perfection.
I am in culinary indystry for 10 years. I joined in the Organization of tourism and gastronomy school of Greece. After that i made 2 summer seasons in 5* hotels in Greece. I joined Naxian Hotels Collection on 2016 at Naxos Imperial 5* Spa & Resort as a chef de partie and from 2019 i am the executive sous chef of the company with 5 hotels in their rota. Also for one winter season i have worked in UK in Scotland at Trump Turnberry Luxury Collection Hotels and from December of 2022 i am working at Mont Cervin Palace of Seilers Hotel in Zermatt of Switzerland. Furthermore, in 2019 i participated in the 1st Mediterranean Competition and i reached the 3rd place as Chef of the year.
