I am a proffesional chef from 22 years old. We used to have a restaurant from 1974 as a family business,before i get to life! From kid running and exploring the kitchen industry.From 2007 until 2025 i was running the restaurant in Thessaloniki as the main chef and also as the owner. Fish and seafood is my love also greek and mediteranenan cuisine is this i learned for 18 years. Wine is my second love.
