I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience. I graduated from University of Macedonia (OTEK). I 've started my career at restaurant Librije Zujse ** (Spectrum) that is located in Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Amsterdam. I have worked at restaurant Martin Berasatequi *** in San Sebastian,
At restaurant Fat Duck *** in Bray, at some of the best restaurants of Thessaloniki and the last 3 years at Ovac restaurant, located in Cavo Tagoo hotel in Santorini.
I will offer some menus but I am up to cook what ever you desire.
And I love to cook vegan.
