I am a professional chef with 12 years of professional experience in the culinary world. I studied at the "Chef d'Oeuvre' in Athens, Greece where I graduated with excellence.
Before that I studied Electrical engineering in Scotland where I also got my Masters degree and then moved to Barcelona to pursue my Doctorate (PhD).
I continued training and work at the 5-star Park Radisson hotel in Athens, Greece for two years as a commis chef and and from then moved up to chef de partie. While at the hotel I worked in catering events for VIP clients including the European commission dinner in Athens.
After that I joined renowned Chef Andreas Lagos, under whose guidance I started working as a private Chef in private events and dinners and then moved on to menu creation and Cuisine training for new establishments as his sous Chef. Among these we created the brunch menu for the AVLI restaurant in Dubai, a summer menu for the hotel 'Mavili beach' in Athens, and many more.
Being born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, raised in Athens, Greece and lived in Scotland and Spain - my culinary tastes have a vast range.
I love to cook Mediterranean cuisine, and am trained as a sushi chef.
