Chef Esco Essence

Esco Essence is a native of Finland who makes his home in Greece, a raw food artist & a chef of plant-based cuisine, who is committed to empowering people to help themselves and the planet by choosing to eat in the way that nature intended us to. In addition to leading nutrition and plant-based food preparation workshops and courses, he is also practicioner of Yoga since 1996 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. He’s particular interest is mindfulness techniques and meditation. A passionate raw food artist & vegan chef with professional culinary qualifications and extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. As well, A self-educated nutrition expert with a particular interest in natural super foods and herbal medicine.
