I am a professional chef for more than 15 years,I studied tourism bussiness administration,I have diploma in culinary studies from LeMonde school and Advanced culinary diploma from Ferrandi-Paris. For the last 12 years I work like a culinary instructor in Le Monde Institute training young Chefs. In the meantime ,I work as private Chef to villas and yachts all aroIund Greece. In the past I've worked in Starwood Luxury Collection Hotels and Hilton,also as a chef in megayacht and gastronomy consultant in restaurants. I am proud for the 2 culinary books that I wrote recently.
