Extensive experience as a Yacht Chef, developing an excellent knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine, which is the basis of a healthy diet. The elite clientele includes worldwide celebrities that have visited Greece: famous actors, politicians even the Prince Abdul Azis of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Rivaldo, one of the world’s best and well known soccer players. The success lies in the profound passion for cooking, the love for the sea - as a descendant of a family of seamen – as well as the great interpersonal skills. Travelling abroad, mainly in wintertime, is an inspirational way to enrich the skills, knowledge and taste of food. Hometown Santorini island, one of the most spectacular places in the world, has supported the culinary education, through the extend use of the finest ingredients, certified by the islands of Santorini, Crete or Athens, turning them into artfully-crafted dishes. Local Greek products such as fava, white eggplants, capers and baby tomatoes are widely used in the rich food proposals, making even the most demanding palate to indulge.
