My name is Giorgies.
I graduated culinary school in 2010 and I started working in catering ,army, volunteer groups and restaurants since 2007.
I focus on Vegan cooking since 2013 due to my personal change to a Vegan way of life.
Over the years I have worked as a chef at some of Athens finest vegan places.
For the last years I teach Vegan Cooking, Pastry & Bakery at IEK SBIE.
