Passionate about Mediterranean and Japanese kitchen. Also a great fun of bbq or open fire grill.

I am a professional chef for about 10 years. I really like to use local ingredients. I truly believe in Mediterranean kitchen with a splash of Japanese taste. I enjoy grilling because I believe people are coming closer over the fire, however I believe a good food experience should start with some raw food. Finally, I am a very communicative person and I like to speak about food from all over the world
