I am a professional chef ,with 10 years of experience in 5 star hotels.I have also worked in restaurants with 1 , 2 and 3 Michelin stars ,recognised by the best restaurant awards.I mainly love cooking with Mediterranean influences ,but I am also interested experimenting with other worldwide cuisines. Cooking since a very young age have been my passion,my only purpose in life.My main goal is to be better every day.

I honed my craft ,in high level restaurants across Europe ,including Briketenia in France 1 Michelin,Belcanto 2 Michelin ,and Hisa Franko 3 Michelin.
