The most important thing for me is to give the people I am cooking for “Tastes to remember”. I love cooking with seasonal and local ingredients.
I am a professional Private Chef and I also do consulting in restaurants, based in Athens with more than 9 years of experience working in Greece and worldwide.
My flavors and cooking techniques are mostly based in Mediterranean cuisine combined with some Middle East cuisine inspiration as well .
I cook family style or Full Course Menus based on any kind of dietary restrictions such as Plant Based,Dairy Free,Gluten Free or any other.
