I am working as executive Chef for over 35 years, in a vast variety of different establishments.
I had the opportunity to work as an Executive Chef in a wide range of different kind of Hotel establishments. Therefore, my experience extends from managing large 5-star Hotel to Small Luxury Hotels.
My most recent experience was as Executive Chef of three restaurants (Sirtaki, Akropolis & Nevsky) located in Saints Petersburg of the Russian Federation. My role was to organize these establishments to provide high quality food experiences.
Before my expedition to Russian, I was Executive Chef in the yacht “Alexander” of PrivatSea, which was serving the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia.
