Always trying to evolve, an eye for detail.
I studied culinary arts at Le Monde in 2006 and since then I have worked in various places.
I have worked in different types of cuisine, from Argentinian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Greek-fish restaurant to private school meals and luxury charter yacht.
I like to travel and explore new places with different tastes because in the end it will be a new inspiration in my cooking!
