My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, as well as certifications in Essential Food Safety and HACCP Level 3.

I’ve managed catering operations for several prestigious clients, such as Al Dhaid Military High School, Zayed Military Hospital, Presidential Guard Command, Military Works Command, and the French Army.

Awards:

I’ve received certificates of thanks and appreciation from the French Army and the Military Works Command.

Currently, I am based in Greece, where I worked for PAUL Athens as a Kitchen Manager in Kifisias, and I am now employed as a Senior Sous Chef at “Brunello” – a group of Italian restaurants.

I am a legal resident of Greece, married, and a father of two sons, aged 5 and 7, who live with me.

I am a hard-working and dedicated professional who is truly passionate about the culinary arts and always strives to deliver excellence in every dish I prepare.
