I am a passionate private chef creating gourmet seafood and international dishes, bringing fine dining experiences to home kitchens.

Chef de Cuisine:

At the Armed Forces Officers Club & Hotel in Abu Dhabi, I actively contributed to improving food preparation and presentation, emphasizing cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.

Cooking Show Host:

As a TV host on Dubai TV and Dafra National TV, I showcased international, high-quality dishes.

Education:

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, as well as certifications in Essential Food Safety and HACCP Level 3.

Projects:

I’ve managed catering operations for several prestigious clients, such as Al Dhaid Military High School, Zayed Military Hospital, Presidential Guard Command, Military Works Command, and the French Army.

Awards:

I’ve received certificates of thanks and appreciation from the French Army and the Military Works Command.

Currently, I am based in Greece, where I worked for PAUL Athens as a Kitchen Manager in Kifisias, and I am now employed as a Senior Sous Chef at “Brunello” – a group of Italian restaurants.

I am a legal resident of Greece, married, and a father of two sons, aged 5 and 7, who live with me.

I am a hard-working and dedicated professional who is truly passionate about the culinary arts and always strives to deliver excellence in every dish I prepare.

I am eager to bring my culinary expertise, leadership, and passion for excellence to my clients with love and passion.
