Get to know me better

Chef and sommelier who has 10 years experience in creating traditional Greek dishes to pair with wines at wine tasting rooms and winery restaurants.

I have more than ten years of experience at a winery restaurant in Santorini, where I was preparing the menus based on local produce in order to pair the varieties of wine of the region. In addition, I have prepared recipes for other restaurants and wineries mainly as a culinary consultant. My passion is to use all locally grown fish, meats and vegetables, along with all other traditional goods mainly of the islands of the Aegean (cured meats, cheese, herbs, honey etc.) so as to create authentic dishes of Greek cuisine. In addition, I have been cooking breakfast-lunch and dinners for a private villa in Santorini for 3 years as their personal chef.
