My name is Pantelis Koutrakis, I come from Heraklion, Crete and over the last 10 years I have worked in fine dining restaurants, gaining valuable experience in cooking.

I also had the honor of participating in the MasterChef competition, where I was selected among the best players of 2025.

Cooking is a passion for me. I love creativity, imagination, organization and cleanliness – elements that are clearly reflected in my dishes.

Chef Pantelis was absolutely fantastic! He was unbelievably patient with our group who never seemed able to sit at the same time. The Greek dishes were customised based on all our dietary requirements (some of us were lactose intolerant, some didn't eat fish etc). We had bountiful breakfast buffets and delicious dinners with beautifully set tables each time! He made a 40th birthday pie/cake from scratch for us which was absolutely delectable and we all fell in love with his Moussaka requesting it over and over again! We will 100% book with him every time we return. A consummate professional, exceptionally charming and wonderfully talented! Thank you for making our family so happy everyday and the 40th birthday dinner night so very special!
