I am working as a professional chef for 8 years in Greece, London, Denmark, Belgium and Austria.

My passion is Thai and Mediterranean food and I am always curious about learning for cultures and old, traditional recipes.

I love working with fish and generally trying to keep adapting with the seasons and the zero-waste, nose-to-tail ideas.

My goal is to deliver an unforgettable and unique dining experience based on my travels around Europe.

Something i do every single day either for myself, my wife or a guest and I still enjoy it with great passion.
