Im an Italian chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. My journey started when I was 14 years old when i started my hospitality and culinary school in Naples, during this years I was gaining my experience and forging my skills working weekends and summers seasons between restaurants and hotels in south of Italy. Once completed school I was ready for a new chapter which was travelling and working abroad, discovering new techniques, new flavours and opening my mind to different cultures. I started to work in fine dining restaurants with award chef between England , Spain , Denmark, Rome and Switzerland to end back in London where I was a senior sous chef in a 5 stars hotel. In the last 4 years I decided to start a new challenge which is to work as a private chef in yachts and villas , where I can express all I have learned during all this travelling.
