I am a professional Chef with 20 years of experience. I studied at the Culinary School of Rhodes island. I worked in the Netherlands, London UK, around Southeast Asia and I now own a successful vegan restaurant in Athens. I was mentored by many chefs in top tier restaurants. In London I worked as a private chef for a number of groups of companies mostly for the board of directors.
