I am a chef with 14 years of experience in professional kitchens, French cuisine inspired me to pursue a career in cooking, and I love fresh produce and Mediterranean cuisine overall!

I have 2 degrees in Culinary Arts and have worked in Greece and in Scandinavia, Sweden and Norway in the past to broaden my knowledge in my techniques of cooking!
