I was born and raised in Athens 1981.
Culinary art was my love since a young age and great chefs were at my side to guide me through my journey, from being a student to becoming a teacher.
My curiosity and untamed spirit were present throughout my long career and still follow me today as a menu designer, food stylish and culinary consultant
I have been fortunate to work for some great business such as Petasos Pesort and Spa S.L.H., Aqua Blu S.L.H., Starwood, Aldemar, Royal Olympic, Boutique hotels and as a private chef.
