I am a 31 years old chef, working in the hotel industry for the last 14 years. I made my studies in Lyon, France, in the Institute Paul Bocuse. I love the Asian cuisine, as much as the Mediterranean. I speak English, French and Spanish, and Greek is my mother language. I love make the others feel comfortable with the food, cook it or eat it. I love traveling and learn new cultures and cuisines.
