Professional Greek chef crafting curated private dining and refined sharing table experiences in Athens and the Athenian Riviera.

I am a professional Greek chef with over 15 years of experience in high-level hospitality.

My culinary journey began in New York, where I studied at the French Culinary Institute, building a strong foundation in classical technique and professional discipline.

I grew up in Mykonos, surrounded by international visitors through my family’s jewelry business — an environment that shaped my ease with diverse cultures and refined hospitality standards.

Throughout my career, I have led large professional kitchen teams as Executive Chef in a 500-room hotel, while also building an international private chef career as a chalet chef in Zermatt, Switzerland, and in luxury estates across the Aegean and Ionian islands.

Today, I focus on curated, chef-hosted private dining and refined sharing table experiences in Athens and the Athenian Riviera. Each event is personally led and carefully structured to ensure precision, discretion and a seamless dining experience.
