After a short career in journalism, he decided to follow his passion for cooking and has now been a successful Chef for 15 years. He is passionate for the Mediterranean cuisine, especially the Greek culinary tradition, for its simplicity in techniques and memories of taste and flavor. A strong believer in seasonal produce, maintaining his own vegetable and herb garden. He wholly believes in the power of food to unite people and their stories. His ambition is to show people another way to love and to give, through cooking.
