Once you receive their menu proposals, you’ll be able to view their profile and see information about their training and experience. Panayiotis was the chef of our dreams for many reasons. The menu we selected was fixed by him based on our preferences and his expertise. We chose a seafood menu and had a perfectly prepare fish with his special touches. From the time he arrived it was clear he was a professional. He was totally prepared. That doesn’t happen by accident. As he cooked he engaged us in the preparation by communicating the origins of the recipes. He served us as we would expect in a fine restaurant. His communication from start to finish was professional and appreciated. By far it was the best meal we had in Greece. And Panayiotis is chef you will want to secure.

Chef Ioannis and the woman serving us that day were amazing. From choosing the menu to setting the table and serving us the courses to the clean-up, it was seamless and professional. The food was outstanding. I'm still dreaming of some of the courses he made, everything came out in a timely fashion, the food was top-notch, and we had an absolutely wonderful dinner party. I highly recommend highering Chef Ioannis and his team.

The experience we had with Sakis was from the beginning to the end simply amazing. The communication was very easy and he was very courteous with our wishes. He adapted all our wishes for the menu and even prepared a vegan menu for one of us. He was perfectly on time and not only very kind but also we barely noticed him and his colleague because they blended in so quietly and were two heartwarming personalities. Now to the food: Not only was the food very nicely presented, it also tasted amazing- every single dish we had. He really thought the menu through and every bight was a delight with exceptional details. Every single one of our dinner was more than satisfied and we all would recommend him instantly. Also the kitchen was left spotlessly clean. If you want to have an amazing, nice, punctual chef who adapts to your wishes and cooks amazing Sakis is definitely the chef to choose! We cannot wait to come back to Greece to have another dinner with him:)!

Chef Giannis was excellent. Our experience was superb and the food was amazing. So glad we got to try Chef’s delicious meal. It was well worth the money. Giannis was very personal, attentive, informative & made us feel like we right at home. We will most definitely do this again the next time we’re back.
