I am a Swiss Chef, living in Portugal, passionate about healthy, colourful cuisine made with fresh, seasonal and carefully selected products.
I have always loved markets, fresh products, and creative ways of cooking that are visually appealing yet lighter and better for the body.
After running my own restaurant with my partner for 5 years, and travelling across different countries, I developed a style of cuisine that combines authenticity, health, and pleasure - a cuisine inspired by the flavours I discovered on my journeys, and that I now love to share, from brunches to refined dinners.
For me, cooking is about making people feel good while enjoying food that is both tasty and memorable.
I also love creating vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free menus, and I am always happy to adapt to my guests’ needs.
