In 2012, I embarked on a transformative chapter at Hilton Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, where my professional trajectory soared.
The pinnacle of my career unfolded in Dublin, where I immersed myself in a diverse array of culinary landscapes, from renowned restaurants and bistros to opulent luxury hotels. This period marked the intersection of my expertise with a multitude of international cuisines, flavors and cultures and collaborations with stars chefs. Following years of flourishing in various high-end culinary settings, I transitioned into the realm of private cheffing.
