I am a professionally trained chef, with my culinary education rooted in the South of France — a region renowned for its rich gastronomic heritage. My career has taken me through some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including working for the legendary Raymond Blanc s bakery ,Maison blanc , as well as at esteemed establishments such as Soho House, Alfred’s Private Club in Mayfair, and the iconic Rules Restaurant.

Rising through the ranks to Head Chef, I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, creating dishes that balance classic techniques with contemporary flair. My passion for gastronomy led me to open my own restaurant, Lime & Lemon, in Benalmádena — now regarded as one of the area’s top dining destinations.

Today, I offer bespoke private dining experiences, bringing restaurant-quality cuisine directly to your home or special event. Each menu is personally designed, tailored to your tastes, and crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, celebration, or corporate gathering, my aim is to deliver unforgettable, beautifully curated dining experiences.

Het was geweldig, wij hebben ongeloofelijk genoten en een heerlijke avond gehad met 8 vriendinnen! We genoten van een 7-gangen wereldwijde tapas gerechten. Presentatie was super mooi en het smaakte heerlijk! Ga zeker voor chef Christian!

Christian provided us with incredible service and delicious food for our birthday dinner! We can highly recommend him as a private chef!

The experience we had with Christian was amazing, from the moment he arrived he made himself at home in the kitchen and we all relaxed. The service he provided was above expectation and the food was outstanding. We all had such a lovely evening and it was a real treat to have him cook for us. Christian was very professional, he came in and just got on with the cooking and even topped up our drinks for us too! The food was also delicious and nicely presented, and he left the kitchen spotless. Would definitely recommend him!

Really lovely experience

Chef Christian was exceptional! He was friendly and courteous and prepared the most delicious food. He also served wine and did an amazing job with cleanup. He even took away the trash and loaded and started the dishwasher. We were honored to have him be a part of our family’s vacation in Marbella!

Chris did an outstanding job - he understood what we want and delivered beyond what we asked. Great atmosphere and outstanding food (and great add on: he asked during groceries for preferences and kept me posted). We were a group of 14 guys - and there was enough food for all! Our group is interested in cooking so he showed us a few things and explained some of the things he does. He is very passionate about his job and what he does. Would book him again - great experience and great night.

Chef Christian was one of the highlights of our special trip to Marbella for our friends 30th birthday. We booked months in advance; the booking was seamless and so easy. We had one gluten allergy and Christian was able to make the entire menu gluten free. The portions were huge and SO delicious. It was worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend take a chef enough.

Chef Christian gave very professional and attentive service to our party of 11 for the occasion of a hen do. Compiling the menu together was easy and he was receiving of feedback. He arrived early, the food was insane, and the bride was very happy. He catered for our gluten free and vegetarian friends. Would highly recommend

Goed engels sprekende kok. Verstand van eten en heeft mij dingen laten proeven die ik nog niet kenden. Zorg dat je een lege maag hebt, want het is allemaal erg lekker.

Christian was great! The food was fantastic, it felt like a Michelin restaurant had moved into our kitchen! I recommend Christian to anyone who wants fantastic food and a chef who is truly committed and does his utmost to make his guests happy!

Der Koch und der Abend war unglaublich. Christian ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Wir hatten den Abend einer Freundin zum Geburtstag geschenkt und weil er auch noch Konditor ist, hat er auf Anfrage noch extra einen unglaublich schmackhaften und sehr ästhetischen Kuchen gebacken. Wir würden Christian jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Essen war hervorragend, sehr schön angerichtet und jedes Gericht war eine Explosion im Mund. Mit Christian trefft ihr auf jeden Fall die richtige Entscheidung.
