I am a professionally trained chef, with my culinary education rooted in the South of France — a region renowned for its rich gastronomic heritage. My career has taken me through some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, including working for the legendary Raymond Blanc s bakery ,Maison blanc , as well as at esteemed establishments such as Soho House, Alfred’s Private Club in Mayfair, and the iconic Rules Restaurant.

Rising through the ranks to Head Chef, I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, creating dishes that balance classic techniques with contemporary flair. My passion for gastronomy led me to open my own restaurant, Lime & Lemon, in Benalmádena — now regarded as one of the area’s top dining destinations.

Today, I offer bespoke private dining experiences, bringing restaurant-quality cuisine directly to your home or special event. Each menu is personally designed, tailored to your tastes, and crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.

Goed engels sprekende kok. Verstand van eten en heeft mij dingen laten proeven die ik nog niet kenden. Zorg dat je een lege maag hebt, want het is allemaal erg lekker.

Christian was great! The food was fantastic, it felt like a Michelin restaurant had moved into our kitchen! I recommend Christian to anyone who wants fantastic food and a chef who is truly committed and does his utmost to make his guests happy!

Der Koch und der Abend war unglaublich. Christian ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Wir hatten den Abend einer Freundin zum Geburtstag geschenkt und weil er auch noch Konditor ist, hat er auf Anfrage noch extra einen unglaublich schmackhaften und sehr ästhetischen Kuchen gebacken. Wir würden Christian jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Essen war hervorragend, sehr schön angerichtet und jedes Gericht war eine Explosion im Mund. Mit Christian trefft ihr auf jeden Fall die richtige Entscheidung.
