I am a young, friendly, professional, and reliable working individual with more than ten years of hospitality experience. I am graduated in Hospitality and events management from London south bank university. I live in Spain and I enjoy replicating my nonnas dishes but by adding a personal twist along with the current market trends. I am also comfortable cooking all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine by pairing different flavors and spices. On the other hand, if you fancy a classic Italian food I can also accommodate your request!
