Hello! My name is Jamal, and I am a professionally trained chef with a Diploma in Chef de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where I completed two years of culinary education. Over the past years , I have worked in professional kitchens, developing strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.

My passion is creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together. I specialize in authentic Lebanese and Palestinian cuisine, while also enjoying incorporating Mediterranean and international influences to create personalized menus for every occasion.
