Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, I’ve worked across all kitchen areas, always aiming to create memorable culinary experiences.
I love taking on new challenges, experimenting with flavors, and adapting to each client’s preferences. My goal is to combine technique, creativity, and warmth in every dish I serve.
