Currently, I work as an Offshore Chef on a North Sea oil platform in Norway, operating on a 2/4 rotation schedule. This gives me high flexibility and availability for private dining experiences, villa services, and exclusive events in Alicante and the Costa Blanca area.
My culinary style combines Scandinavian precision and technique with Mediterranean ingredients and flavors. I specialize in fine dining menus, seafood, tasting menus, and elegant plated dishes designed to create memorable gastronomic experiences.
