My career began in Spain and has taken me to Switzerland and Japan, where I have worked with haute cuisine concepts and prestigious establishments. Pablo est un grand Chef, et nous avons été absolument ravis de son travail. Ses plats étaient délicieux, raffinés et correspondaient parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour notre anniversaire. Nous avons l’habitude de manger japonais et avons clairement pu apprécier la différence : la précision des goûts, la qualité des produits et le soin apporté à chaque détail témoignent de son expérience au Japon et dans de très belles Maisons. Au-delà de sa cuisine, Pablo a été particulièrement attentionné tout au long de la soirée, tout en restant extrêmement discret afin de préserver l’intimité de notre anniversaire. C’est exactement ce que nous espérions pour cette occasion. Nous le recommandons vivement et n’hésiterons pas une seconde à faire de nouveau appel à lui pour une prochaine occasion !
