Chef Ramses was outstanding. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the overall experience exceeded expectations and made for a memorable experience for our guests. I would recommend Chef to anyone looking for a unique private dining experience. He was able to customize the menus and meet all preferences and restrictions, while making absolutely delicious dishes! A true professional and artist!

Chef Ramses Alvarez was amazing! He was engaging and polite. He explained each course and was able to accommodate our diet restrictions as asked. The food and presentation were incredible! Really made our birthday/anniversary dinner special. I would recommend him to anyone wanting an elegant dinner at home or wherever!

We had Chef Ramses Alvarez in Milwaukee. We had an Airbnb and he came with everything he needed ….and the results were outstanding ! The five course meal was beautifully presented. It was such a fun night and he took care of every little detail for us. We can’t wait to see him again !

Chef Ramses and his daughter Paris were lovely to work with!! We decided within a week of our event to host a private chef, but everything came together quickly and efficiently. Chef Ramses provided me with plenty of options for our meal and was able to secure everything for my selections, even under such short notice. He and Paris arrived right on time and got to work in our kitchen -- we had some limitations/time constraints that we asked them to work with, and they did so perfectly. The meal itself was delicious -- everything was presented really nicely and there was more than enough food for the six of us who were eating the meal. In fact, we found our fridge full of leftovers the next day, too!! The stand-out course for me was by far the dessert, for which Chef Ramses had prepared an absolutely beautiful opera cake that he was also able to make gluten-free for one of our guests. I am drooling just thinking about it!! The steak was above and beyond expectations, too (even reheated in the days following!!), and they prepared a gorgeous scallop dish that he presented in actual scallop shells from his restaurant as an appetizer, so that was special as well! Overall, the quality of the meal was wonderful, and they were such nice people to work with -- they made my husband's 40th birthday celebration truly so memorable!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested. Thank you again, Chef Ramses!!

Chef Ramses made our special night absolutely perfect. I had never done something like this before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but he made everything easy and comfortable. He went above and beyond making modifications for various dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or the artistry of each dish. It’s very clear he has a ton of experience with private dining because he had wonderful timing. He intuited when we were ready for the next coarse and struck the right balance between interacting with us and letting us focus on each other and the meal. He also made extra food for my son, who wasn’t an official guest but loves to try new foods. The food itself was delicious—we had seafood, scallops, a new mushroom dish I’d never tried, and a wonderful shortcake for dessert. It was also the right amount of food. We were satiated but not overly stuffed. I loved learning about the fresh vegetables he uses and how he sources them to ensure quality. I will absolutely be requesting him again!

We highly recommend chef Ramses and Shannon. They were fun to chat with, very professional, and talented. Also the cost was reasonable compared to other quotes for our dinner party of eight! We had such a blast with the chef and for our dinner party! Highly recommend and can’t wait to hire him again.

Chef Ramses was amazing! The food was out of this world and the portions were extremely generous. He was so passionate about his food which showed in his presentation and how he explained his dishes. He was very accommodating to our group. Would definitely recommend him!

Chef Ramses is an extremely talented Chef who gave us an experience of a lifetime!!! Well… until we hire him again!! Lol! It was a true ‘Michelin style’ dinner… 6 courses of gorgeous and unbelievably ‘melt in your mouth’ culinary delights! He added to the dinner experience by explaining each course along with his good humor!! We highly recommend him !!

**We actually chatted in the take-a-chef website, not whatspp. Chef Ramses was fantastic. His food was delicious and creative and exactly what our guest of honor hoped for. He was flexible and made sure all of our dietary restrictions were taken care of. We were able to enjoy a great evening, knowing he had everything taken of everything in the kitchen!

Chef Ramses Alvarez was incredible! He was flexible and engaging as we developed the menu. He was very attentive to special requests. He was personable in the kitchen and welcomed questions, discussion, and even let us taste some of the food as he was preparing it. The dishes looked and tasted delicious! This experience exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful we had this fantastic culinary experience.

Chef Ramses was very attentive and friendly. He came very prepared and let us know he would work on our schedule. Upon hearing one of the girls didn’t like fish he prepared a special grilled vegetable meal for her instead. He presented beautiful plates with incredible flavors and everyone was full and happy. One small thing I’d mention is that one guest was gluten free and he served wantons and soy sauce which both contain gluten. He realized and profusely apologized and ensured the rest of the meal was gluten free. Just be sure to triple check with him on menu items for anyone with allergies. He really was outstanding overall though and we took his card and are planning to go to his restaurant in Milwaukee.

Chef Ramses created an experience that enhanced our event and agenda. Very easy to work with and through preparation. An extremely talented chef with beautiful presentation. Can be nimble depending on the needs of a large group. A person with a kind hearted personality. We will hire him again.

Chef Alvarez made our bachelorette experience very special! He created an extraordinary meal and relaxed dining experience that we all will treasure for many years to come. The food was delicious. I recommend his services for anybody that wants to treat themselves. The clean up was so fast and a huge perk too!
