I am a professional chef with over 14 years of international culinary experience, including more than 10 years in chef positions. I have worked in France, Italy, Sardinia, Norway, Germany, Poland and Spain, developing a strong background in fine dining and modern European cuisine.
My cooking is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, fresh seafood, premium meats and seasonal products. I have experience working in Michelin Guide-recognised restaurants and creating bespoke dining experiences for private clients.
For every event, I create a personalised menu based on the guests’ preferences, the occasion and the best ingredients available. My goal is to combine refined technique, beautiful presentation and food that people genuinely enjoy.
