Sait Can, born on November 24, 1990, in Cologne, Germany, began his culinary journey at a young age. From 2002 to 2009, he lived in Turkey, where he developed a deep connection to its rich food culture—an influence that continues to shape his cooking today.

Driven by his passion for gastronomy, Sait returned to Germany to attend culinary school from 2009 to 2013, where he trained as a professional chef. Since completing his studies, he has built extensive experience working in a wide range of restaurants, continuously refining his technique and creative vision.

Today, Sait Can creates distinctive dining experiences that blend German precision with Turkish soul, bringing together tradition, flavor, and craftsmanship in every dish.
