I am an adaptable, enthusiastic, and creative individual who takes great pride in my work. I have always had a passion for food and have been fascinated by different cuisines, ingredients, and cultures' relationships with food. I have over 10 years of experience as a chef working in kitchens all over the world. Most recently I was head chef of Copina Courchevel for the past 4 years Leading them to be the top-rated restaurant in Courchevel at the time I left in May 2022.
