I’m a passionate, professionally trained chef who believes great food should feel generous, personal and memorable
A professionally trained private chef with experience across restaurant kitchens, luxury hospitality, high-volume events and bespoke private dining.
After completing professional culinary training, I progressed through the kitchen from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef, gaining extensive experience in fine dining, banqueting, events and large-scale catering along the way.
Alongside my culinary career, I spent 12 years serving in the Royal Air Force. That experience has shaped the way I work today - bringing professionalism, reliability, organisation and attention to detail to every booking.
I now specialise in private dining, creating relaxed, beautifully presented food that is completely tailored to the people and occasion I’m cooking for. My style is generous, modern and full of flavour, with influences from British, Mediterranean, Italian and Middle Eastern cooking.
For me, private dining should feel special without feeling overly formal. I want guests to be able to relax around the table, enjoy fantastic food and spend time together, while I take care of everything in the kitchen.
Ultimately, I love creating memorable experiences through food - whether it’s an intimate dinner, a milestone birthday, a family celebration or a weekend away with friends.
