I am a classically trained Master Chef, for those that are confussed by this title it means that I am qualified to the highest level in every department of the kitchen, including being a qualified butcher and pattiseur. I also have a diploma in management, I have been in charge of many kitchen and events, but now I specialise in private catering for HNWI . I also work as the House Manager and Butler for HNWI.

I am friendly, confident and can be formal or informal. I like to present each course with an explanation of how it's cooked, where the ingredients come from etc.

I am approachable to any questions your quests wish to ask me and if you wish I can regale you with some of my interesting stories.

Cooking is my first passion, looking after people is my second..

I usually come with a chef assistant.This is included in the price. The Chef assistant will help me prepare,clean and serve. This ensures your night runs smoothly.

Remember that when you book me. You are booking an experienced and qualified private Chef. I am Smarty dress, presentable and have respect and decoram. You can be assured that you and your quests will be happy with every aspect of your evening not just the food.
