I was born in Sicily, surrounded by the sea, so my specialty is working And creating every day new seefood dishes.

Over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, studied 5 years at the Ignazio e florio school in Sicily, and worked every summer in Sicily, and learned from the experience that I gain in the best restaurants I worked all over Italy and England.
